Four industrial image-processing tools

All four are problems where the result can be checked: a count you can verify by counting an area by hand, a gauge reading you can compare against the needle in front of you, a decoded code and a plate you can confirm on the spot.

Your images are not stored and are not shared with anyone.

A code reading station on a line: an industrial camera with a ring light looking at a code marked on a metal part
Try it now Codes on poor surfaces DataMatrix · QR · barcode

Decode symbols that are scratched, blurred, curved or reflective — the cases a handheld scanner usually cannot handle. It can generate a sample code damaged to whatever degree you choose, so you can judge it without preparing an image.

On sample images: read a code damaged to 60%
Generates its own damaged sample code — nothing to prepare

A dial gauge on a pipe, a small camera on a bracket aimed at the face, signal cable running back to a control box
Try it now Dial gauge reading Pressure · temperature · flow

Bring running equipment into your data with no stoppage, no mechanical work and no rewiring. You mark three points on the dial and the system measures the needle angle and converts it to a value.

On sample images: 0.2% of full scale
Calibrated in three clicks, and every result can be explained

A counting tray under an industrial camera, each individual in the tray marked and the count shown on the screen beside it
Try it now Counting from a photograph Shrimp fry · chicks · cartons · pallets

Count from a single photograph instead of counting a sample and scaling it up, which is where handover discrepancies usually come from. Clusters that touch are marked separately, so you can see which part is an estimate.

On sample images: average error 0.4%
Marks every object on the image and flags clusters separately

A truck stopped at a factory gate barrier, a pole-mounted camera aimed at the plate area at the rear, a control cabinet at the roadside
Try it now Vehicle plate reading Factory gates · weighbridges · yards

Load a photograph of the vehicle, click the four corners of the plate, and the characters come back. Take the photograph directly on a phone or choose an existing one, and there is a sample plate generator with the answer included so you can check it at once.

On real plate photographs: 5 of 5 correct
Click the four corners — nothing else to set up

Usage limit: 10 runs a day without leaving contact details, 50 a day once you confirm a Vietnamese mobile number over Zalo. Runs that produce no result are not counted.
What we do

Your problem is not one of these four?

These four cover the most common part of the requirement. Most of the work we take on is the specific part: older equipment with an unpublished protocol, an inspection process of your own, a report built to an internal standard. Describe what you need and an engineer will assess whether it is feasible and what the scope would be.

  • A straight answer on feasibility during the call
  • The budget range that matches your requirement
  • An engineer who has built this kind of system before

↳ The person who calls is the engineer who builds the system.

By sending this you agree to be contacted by AITECH247 about your requirement. Your number is used for nothing else. Privacy policy
