Terms of use

This is a translation provided for convenience. The Vietnamese version is the binding one; if the two differ, the Vietnamese text governs.

In short: the tools on this website are a demonstration for judging the technology, not a measuring product. We make no promise about their accuracy, and you should not use their output as the basis for a production, handover or payment decision. A system delivered at your site is a different thing: it has its own contract and a committed accuracy figure.

1. Scope

These terms apply to every free demonstration tool on aitech247.com, including code reading, dial gauge reading, counting from a photograph and vehicle plate reading.

2. The demonstration is provided “as is”

The tools run a general configuration, on a still image, inside your browser. Results depend on image quality, lighting, camera angle and your own device. We give no warranty that they run continuously, run without fault, or produce an accurate result in every case.

We deliberately show the cases where a tool fails to read, because being open about the limits is what makes a serious conversation about real deployment conditions possible.

3. Not for legal or commercial use

You may not use output from the demonstration as the basis for a handover record, goods reconciliation, settlement, or any transaction with legal effect. Output you can use for those purposes requires a system delivered at your site, with a model calibrated for you, fixed imaging equipment, and an accuracy figure committed in the contract.

4. Usage limits

Visitors get 10 runs a day; once you confirm a Vietnamese mobile number, the allowance rises to 50 runs a day. The count is kept on your own device. Runs that produce no result are not counted.

5. Your data and images

Images you load into a tool are processed inside your browser and are not sent to our servers. You keep every right in your own images. See the Privacy policy.

6. Intellectual property

The source code, interface and content of this website belong to CÔNG TY TNHH AITECH247. The open source libraries used and their licences are listed on the software licences page.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, AITECH247 accepts no liability for any loss arising from use of the free demonstration. Liability for a delivered system is set out in the contract for that particular project.
